blog-s5Kettering OH – It was a beautiful Southern Ohio day with temperatures in the low 80’s .Mix that with the beautiful surroundings of the Fraze Pavilion and it seemed like it was going to be a nice relaxing night, however that was not to be . VENREZ took the stage and all chances for relaxing stopped for this house was going to rock. Like a rock star of days gone by VENREZ ‘s singer commonly know as Ven commands the stage and ignites the crowd as a formerly sitting audience had to arise to their feet .His vocal prowess shines thru in songs as Ants and Sand and the title track from current release Sell The Lie .One cannot ignore the power of the chemistry of the rest of the band , guitarist Alex Kane who was able to play unencumbered even after breaking a string on the first song and still was able to shine as if is was just minor inconvenience .Also on guitar was longtime Venrez collaborator Jason Womack in shined in his own light with catchy riffs and skillful solos . The rhythm section was completed by the deep bass licks of Michael Bradford and cutting thru on the drums was Ed Davis .
